EA Danışmanlık is a customs and foreign trade consultancy that manages TAREKS inspections, TSE import permits and ministry prior approvals end to end on behalf of importers.
In import permits, the hard part is not filing the application — it is seeing in advance the grounds on which it might be rejected. A model number mismatch in a declaration of conformity, a Turkish warning text missing from the packaging, or an inconsistency in a capacity report can each hold a shipment at the port for weeks.
Our way of working is built on that reality. We audit the file before filing, close the gaps and plan the process around the shipment schedule. Processing times come down, and the importer's risk profile in the system improves over time.

How we work
Four steps, no surprises
Starting the process before shipment is both faster and cheaper than trying to fix it afterwards.
Preliminary assessment
We review your HS code, product photographs and existing documentation. We tell you clearly whether the product is subject to inspection and, if so, which legislation applies. This stage is free of charge.
Document preparation
We resolve gaps in declarations of conformity, test reports and labelling before the application is filed. Most rejections are preventable at this stage.
Filing and follow-up
We file the application, monitor the risk assessment result and respond to document review or physical inspection requests the same day.
Result and customs
We deliver the reference number to your customs broker for entry on the declaration. If a negative decision is issued, we prepare and pursue the appeal.
