Your personal data is processed by Efe Karadağ (EA Danışmanlık) as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, within the scope described below.
2. Data processed and purpose
Through the assessment form on this site we collect your name, company name, email address, telephone number, and the product and HS code information relating to your enquiry.
This data is processed solely to evaluate your enquiry, respond to you and provide the consultancy service you have requested. It is not used for marketing purposes and is not shared with third parties.
3. Legal basis
Your data is processed on the basis that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract and the legitimate interest of the data controller, subject to your explicit consent.
4. Retention period
After your enquiry is concluded, your data is retained for the limitation periods prescribed by the applicable legislation, and is then deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about such processing, to request rectification or erasure, and to claim compensation where processing is unlawful.
